Shipping
Merchandise will be shipped upon payment approval and address verification. After your order has been shipped, delivery time varies based on shipping method and destination. If merchandise is currently not in stock, the customer will be notified and we can put the customer on a call list and the item can be reorder by customer at that time. We ship merchandise via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United Postal Service.
Voraotsady Creative Talent is not responsible for and cannot replace lost or stolen shipments. We will make every effort to assist in tracking any lost shipment. Voraotsady is not responsible for products that are damaged in transit customer.
Returns
Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Voraotsady within 7 days of delivery for a refund. |
